Firstly, yes, I know: Technically, the term charcuterie refers to fine cured meats in the French cuisine. Technically, the Char-BOO-terie Board I am presenting here would be more of a cheese platter or cheese board than a charcuterie board. Secondly, yes, I also know: The pronunciation of the French word “charcuterie” does not rhyme at all with “char-BOO-terie”. But honestly?
